His journey has taken him from world-class martial arts competition to coaching a diverse roster of clients, including professional athletes, military personnel, and law enforcement officers.
V.J. specializes in identifying structural imbalances and correcting posture to ensure his clients move with maximum power and zero pain throughout their transformation. He has hand-selected every piece of equipment in our 9,000-square-foot facility to ensure it meets his rigorous standards for muscle engagement and safety.
